Guest guest
I am writing this to myself so that I will be aware of my acting. Forget about everything I have ever learned or want to do and I will be in the NOW. Acting is for the past and future. Acting is emotions. If I am aware of acting I will be an observer. To be aware of acting is not easy because I have been doing it automatically all my life. It is easy, however, to observe it in others. I will learn from others and then use it to beware that everything I do that deals with the past and future is acting – which is: not living in the NOW. The more I become Aware that I am acting – the more I become an observer. An observer is just a dreamer. That is what I am writing here to myself. I am telling myself that as long as I am aware that I'm acting (there is no doer) I will continue to bathe in the Joy of being an observer, the dreamer – who watches the mind and its body use its emotions to try and win Academy Awards. The Joy of dreaming is to observe my mind and body act. Whenever my mind and its body gets emotional I think of Academy Awards. This is the Joy of dreaming – to think of Academy Awards when the body gets emotional for something in the past or for future for which it has to act emotionally – when all there is, is NOW, observing, dreaming. Ramana is a role model I use to measure my acting abilities because he had no past or future to act for. HE JUST WAS. When I ACCEPT that my mind and body are natural born actors then I and Ramana become the Same – ( HOW DARE I have such egomaniacal thoughts – emotions = acting). We even think the same " take life to be a dream and be done with it. " I cannot seek or act for NOW – NOW is BEING, the Dreamer, the Joy of being the Observer. If Observing, Dreaming, is JOY then why should I care about the future and its seeking of wisdom and truths for self-realization, the future, so I can become another Ramana Maharshi when in the NOW, I AM. -- cure real nightmares, pretend you're dreaming – I tried it and it worked; I no longer have to pretend. For me " realization " is nothing more than the Awareness that besides NOW all there is, is acting, Academy Awards.
