Guest guest
The Self says: An ego cannot swallow the words that will kill it. And thus an ego needs its phobia called death, to kill it. ===================================The mind is just a collection of thoughts called a dream. Compared to the Reality of dreamless-sleep, Samadhi, LOVE, everything has to be a dream. The mind is the supreme-deception because it is always dreaming that it is awake -- like now. The mind is what it thinks. The mind is the totality of all its thoughts. This thought would kill the mind, however, and so it has to think that it is just a small portion of what it thinks. This small portion is the ego, and its body. Until a mind can accept that it is the supreme-deception it has to be oblivious to the fact that it is just a dream which is some sort of disturbance, or noise, for the Reality of dreamless-sleep called Love, Joy, Samadhi. The mind can read all the books it wants about Self-realization but unless it can accept that it is the supreme-deception (because it is always dreaming that it is awake) it will never have a clue as what the books like Nothing Ever Happened, I AM THAT, and Consciousness Speaks are all about, no matter how many times they are read. -- gp

An ego is thus exactly like the imaginary forces, bonds, thoughts, that prevent molecules from being what they have to be: atoms. -- gp
