All consciousness can only be illusory, for it is an attribute or quality and in the end what is conscious of what? There is no Absolute witnessing anything for nothing has ever happened. There is/not only the Nirguna Brahman. Within illusion it is said there is a witness and a witnessed. This is just mental gymnastics talking of levels of illusion. On 'realisation' the Sages say it all disappears-so it never happened.............ONS..Tony. --- End forwarded message ---

It is inferred there is Saguna Brahman who is still but projects the universe. Within the creation there are numerous levels observing other levels. It is said that Saguna Brahman or Brahman with attributes is the witness in the form of the Sakti. Most people on these board regard non dualism as union with Sakti alone, and don't seem to regard the sat chid ananada as attributes. It is as far as the mind goes I suppose. So if one wants to discuss within illusion; the inferences and combinations are infinite. The end of illusion means the end of inference and Saguna Brahman..........ONS..Tony. --- End forwarded message ---

It only survives as such as long as there is a body/mind. When the body drops it never happened. You are right about nothing to realise, but I don't get caught up in technical semantics---as long as people get my drift. Sanskrit is much more accurate in describing all this.Moksha --Moha kshya or destruction of delusion....ONS...Tony. --- End forwarded message ---
