Namaste, You cannot lose what you don't have. A person who converts from one Dharma to another wasn't really in the previous Dharma. Lets hope the new Dharma will become theirs and lead them to liberation. With regard to Missionaries, Southern India has so many Indian Christians, going back a couple of thousand years, it is hardly a missionary religion. Sikhism for example only goes back about 500 years and even Islam not much longer. So Christianity is an Indigenous Indian Religion, and except for the exclusive belief in Jesus would fit into Hinduism quite well. Many Christians convert or become influenced by Hinduism, look at this board and others. Sankara regarded Religion as a low level of understanding but necessary for the general population's path. Why worry how people worship? Be glad they do worship and have a spiritual sadhan of some sort. The only truth is Moksha anyway, and real religion is the removing of the sense of Ego. It is a reversal process, hence the word in Latin is Re-Ligio or bind back.......In the end there are as many religions as there are people on the planet..........ONS...Tony.
