I think this is because he said that only one in the entire city of Mumbai could understand non duality even intellectually. Exrapolating that to 6 billion people we come up with a figure of 60,000 people or less, who can understand non duality.IMHO He didn't teach further or there was no point for his audience. There is non duality because it never happened..creation Saguna etc etc....It seems to me that we have to use this delusion to get out so to speak.So becoming Sakti we realise Nirguna at the same time.
