I would say that 'low LOC' humans do not or cannot, at their LOC, properly address available memory space. There is usually effort to hide or transform the contents of memory, instead of honestly processing it. Also, there are possible major refinements to file system indexing, as one rises in LOC. Think of the game 'Tetris'. One must learn to properly interlock each piece as it appears; and this is before it touches the information it will eventually 'marry'. Major gaps and inconsistencies result from careless indexing. Another possible analogy is that at LOC above 250, more'bits' are processes at the same time; at a higher level, great gulps of bits are taken in and properly 'associated' and filed. This could compare to the difference between 16, 32 and 64-bit processors. At the same speed of processing, a wider I/O path allows more bits to be processed at once. Still, this all sounds like 'work'. The experience of higher LOC is 'ease', but there is still the awareness that work is being done. It is being done by an automated system which is accessible only when the user is 'in integrity'. It does feel like 'flying', but one must fly with all of the skills learned while in the simulators, and soberly. > To say that one cannot understand beyond one's " level " would seem to > preclude growth. Like in Tetris, gaps are not allowed. Similarly, until one 'owns' all of the spaces 'below' the home LOC, rises in LOC will be temporary and will seem to 'stutter' over time. So the point of 'growth' is about 'graduating' from the home LOC, not merely about 'learning more'. If you are familiar with the concepts of Samskara and Skanda, Samskara is what is thought to be what is 'carried' during reincarnation; it forms the informational template which is then what forms or 'activates' Karma, as 'time' resumes in the new incarnation. 'Clearing' one's home LOC means to own it, similar to an honest approach to fulfilling the requirements of each successive grade in school. It does not mean to 'empty' but to 'fulfill'. 'Clearing' is when a person is allowed to leave it and to establish a new, higher level LOC. It is 'graduation'. So to 'clear' the home LOC means to resolve gaps and oversights, which usually are clusters of fears and other aversions; or, areas jammed with inappropriate forms, due to unrequitted desire. I see this as corresponding to how Samskara are properly dealt with; it is not the presence of, but the indexing of, which is what is the issue. Each thing must go where it belongs, and each thing fits only one way. Considering the above, it is no wonder the lazy fantasy of effortless 'evolution', 'salvation', 'enlightenment'. ==GP== --- End forwarded message ---
