I walked away from the hug feeling that I already am > the Namaste, How I found out about Ammachi was the same way I found out about meditation and yoga. I found a book in the cheap throw away pile for 25c, well the previous yoga book was $1. I first saw her in North Sydney Australia, and did padanamaskar. I went through all the procedures, and in the end, I later came to the conclusion. That all was within oneself, the energy feeling, the empty mind, which did occur etc etc. In other word it was a catalyst to get in touch with something within oneself and not outside. I saw here a couple of times more at Fort Flagler WA, with the same results, although due to over-control by the devotees the last time was not so inspiring as the first time. My conclusion was that she was a person who was deeply involved in Sakti and had probably achieved Savikalpa Samadhis at least. I saw no harm in her or the work she did........For those who are in to Bhakti she was a boon..............ONS...Tony. --- End forwarded message ---
