A recent example is a good guide to what happened to Jesus and

others. They came and taught and built nothing or established any

new religion, however their 'devotees' do. I put devotees in

parenthesis because they really don't follow what their guru really

taught, ultimately.

 

A religion has been made of Ramana, Tiruvanamulai is a Vatican and

now Ramana is an Ishtadevata or God-Figure. These 'devotees' believe

that Ramana is somewhere on the astral or heaven ready to answer

boons and be worshipped. The fact that Ramana was just a body name

and if he was a Mukta, he wouldn't be around anywhere, escapes them

in their desire to prostrate themselves.

 

The mind boggles that they can read or follow Ramana and come up

with this situation. I know he tolerated devotion to him as a point

of concentration, but this new 'Religion of Ramana' is way beyond

anything I have read about his teachings. No wonder man can be so

easily manipulated, they are always waiting for the alpha monkey to

lead them by the nose or whatever.............ONS...Tony.
