So the activity is the prana cleansing the sheaths or kosas, dirtier the sheath the more activity no doubt. Some have a cleansing that is major in the first experience and no further obvious and as outstanding experiences are necessary. And yes I have experienced this overwhelming prana activity. K happens in the mind in the imagination. Raising prana to the sahasrara cakra doesn't achieve Moksha only siddhis. It must die in the Heart Centre not the Cakras, which are only really transducers for the various kosas. Doing normal sadhana and japa will imperceptibly raise the K, or consciousness permanently, bells, whistles and visions aren't necessary, for they are all external. Lakshamana Swamy said the K doesn't rise from the muladhara but from the heart and back to the heart. K is mind! .............ONS...Tony.
