Obviously with the permanent end of creation, which is an individual condition, karma ceases. However there are supposedly two types of dissolution of the universe for all jivas. They are Pralaya, where the material world is completely subsumed, and there is Maha-Pralaya where the material and subtle worlds to a certain level are also subsumed. During this time the jiva and the karmas are in potentiality ready to spring forth in a completely new universe, perhaps even new type of universe. So that would answer the question hopefully....ONS..Tony.
