experience is always, necessarily, in the present moment

.... So, in the experience itself, whether it is pain or ecstasy, in that experience there never is a "me", because the experience is always, necessarily, in the present moment - in that moment which is outside the duration. It is in a totally different dimension. It is not the present. The present moment is not the present because "the present" is related to the past and future. This experience, any experience, pain or pleasure, is the present moment. If this is understood, a lot of confusion, a lot of questions would automatically cease. Any experience that we can think of, you say, "Yes! But in this present moment, I can think of the experience". Yes, you can, but that experience that you're thinking of is a memory. You can never have that experience again. You can have a similar experience but it will never be the same experience.
