Namaste,

As I indulged in a rather enjoyable pastime, I wondered why people

like turds of great consistancy rather than a time saving diarhea.

This led me to think about the act of love, wiping by khyber pass

would be. However before resorting to this love act, The thoughts of

religion etc came to me.

Religion is just a load of manipulative codswallop.

Priests/Gurus are more interested in their codpieces then the ordinary

walloper.

Avatars are not God at all, its a load of bollocks. They are another

being, and the idea is used to heavily influence the hoi polloi and

manipulate them.

Devotion is just a mental fixation like humans have fixations about

sexual organs...just a bunch of galahs.

In fact the whole thing is just a bunch of shite and not worth arguing

about, for it is only as useful as the paper I use as an act of love

for my arse. Which in the end just gets thrown in with the rest of the

crap.

These are enlightended revelations from the shitehouse, an important

place for zen monks and drongos who couldn't give a shite........Tony.

Namaste,

I have little respect for 99% of them but there are reliable ones also

such as Nis Maharaj and Ramana Maharshi. The rest are mostly motivated

by ego. Also in a Zen kind of way I was demonstrating aversion by the

terms I couched the post in.

All in all if spirituality was bullshit we would have a brass band in

most cases...Tony.

Dear Tony,

Aren't you perhaps jumping to conclusions here? Have you met or listened to the 99% you condemn?

As I read and meditate on Ramana's teaching, I notice that he would advise the seeker to concern himself with his own practice, rather than criticizing others. Perhaps that is a teaching that has some merit.

Certainly ANY teacher who is teaching from ego needs to keep practicing. As should any of us seekers who speak from or assert ego.

It also sounded as if you were critical of scripture as well. Am I understanding this as well?

Also I notice not in your list of the 1% are such as Sankara, Yoga Vashista, etc.

Not two,

Richard

Namaste,

I cannot assess these old gurus very well, however the recent ones

have been examined and reported more accurately. Sankara apparently

didn't teach much further than Saguna Brahman. As I was thrown off the

site by his devotees it is no wonder. I believe in Avatars if you go

to my site, but they are person not a god descending. They are only

one or 'god 'if they become a jivanmukta, some may do it at birth or

close, and then that would be a purna avatar I suppose.

I have no criticism for the other gurus, I either don't know them or

I can't be bothered with them. There are about 13 lines directly

attributed to Jesus in the NT and they built a whole religion on it.

My measure of a guru other than a teacher is Jivanmukta or not...Tony.
