this is an Ego's BS BECAUSE there is

nothing to examine, the mind isthoughts that cannot be examined any

more than you can catch a ray of light and examine it... and if

there was something to examine in thoughts, the mind, then there is no

Doer to examine what cannot beexamined.

the imaginary-ego talking again because

there is no such thing as concentration because it is also a

thought.

> =================(4) Hatha Yoga.> > All methods are one and the same inasmuch as they all tend to the same goal. It is necessary to be aware while controlling thoughts. Otherwise it will lead to sleep. That awareness, the chief factor, is indicated by the fact of Patanjali emphasising pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, samadhi even after pranayama. Pranayama makes the mind steady and suppresses thoughts. Then why develop further? Because awareness then is the one necessary factor. Such states can be imitated by taking morphia, chloroform, etc. They do not lead to Moksha because they lack awareness.> > Talks with Sri Ramana Maharshi>

discard everything this Ramana, and

god, and... Sankara and.. this "I"said that appears-to-matter and

everything left behind that-cannot-matter will be

NOW-realization: that nothing can matter because without thoughts, Samadhi,

nothing can even appear to matter.
