Feces and urine cannot get in the way of being Awake, not even if they

are in a diaper. Without much of a mind to get in the way there can be

little doubt that Mr sai baba is finally and really Self-realized.

If he had Alzheimer's then there would be no doubt.

Alzheimer's will always be the perfect disease anyone can need to be

Self-realized before death makes it inevitable.
