How do you know that the few seconds wasn't just one of the sheaths energy to

anandamayakosa? If it was a mergence with the Sakti at an awareness level...then

that may be a step..On one occasion I returned from meditation and was in a non

dual state for about an hour, but it wasn't really non dual as I experienced and

remembered it...Tony.
