For an egoless mukta there is no reincarnation as all is delusion and illusion anyway. However if one is not realised as such then one's ego is still the sutra that the attributes and samskaras of the ego in any life are strung. These attributes and samskaras take rebirth in another human body...and so this is the theory of reincarnation or rebirth.Both Niz and Ramana aver to this.
