I attended a week long Namaste, I have Balsekar's books and when he translates he is fine but when he goes off on his own.....it is another question. Here is my opinion only... The surrender of the mind and ego...is two fold. 1. As there is no time everything happens at once even scientifically never mind philosophy. 2. We cannot change our actions and what is going to happen as it has happened already, there being no time, but we can change our attitude to it and this is where karma and surrender come in. In other words we still need a sadhana, meditation and to complete actions...It is like driving down the street and coming to a fork in the road...and then saying I think I'll change my mind and take the left instead of the right one....This is not changing the karma as this is what was going to happen anyway...you would change your mind. So unless one is totally realises,,,as Sankara says ;it is real whilst one is in it'...and we have to deal with it, but with the knowledge that all is ultimately one and illusion........Cheers Tony.
