I'm not sure a converstation of an interrogation by Pilate is a matter for

religious belief.. The Romans were meticulous at taking records, like the

Germans...I remember at school having to translate from the Latin...Caesar's

activities and campaigns in Gaul etc. 2k years ago Plus they wrote it in

stone....considering the connections, relatives and officials around and

connected to Pilate and Jesus....a small short questioning is easy to

record..Especially a question from Pilate...'What is Truth' and Jesus's silence,

which is a typically Vedantic way of answering....that question...especially as

Pilate's wife had told him to be careful with that man...a good man..Jesus.

Actually writing elsewhere indicate that as a result of all this Pilate was

fired....due in some measure by the husband of Ruth, Jesus's sister.......who

was a high official in Rome........Tony
