Please consider joining our adjunct discusssion group: MillionPaths/ There you may also want to look in the files section, where we have chapters from David Godman's book, Be As You Are, which give instruction in self-enquiry, as taught by Sri Ramana. My main advice however, is that if you are new to meditation, to find a group that is practicing meditation, it matters little if they are hindu, buddhist, or whatever. Just to sit with others is very helpful support in the beginning. Members are welcome to mail you offlist any advice, if they wish.
