Guest guest
..When someone expressed his confusion about the method of Vichara Bhagavan would try to explain that it is looking for the source of the I thought or alternatively abiding in our sense of being which is the origin of the I thought. Alternatively if found difficult he would say that we can even think I I (i.e holding onto the I thought rigourously - again the periiod extends by practice ) and this would lead us to the source i.e the self. In such conversations sometimes the devotee would become exasperated because he would not understand any of the techniques . Bhagwan would then console the devotee that it will become alright at the end. My question to the honourable group is that what did Bhagwan exactly mean by this.Is it that at the time of death we can somehow abide in our sense of being and reach the self by virtue of our persistent search for the real I in our lifetime or is that Bhagawan(who is none other than our own self or Brahman) has assured us that he will intercede on our behalf - we being his devotees and see that we are liberated.I somehow would like to believe that this is the case and everyone who knows a Bhagwan even remotely is qualified to be called a devotee of his.
