Guest guest
Dear friends, I was on a visit to Sri Ramanashramam from 22nd till 25th April. During this visit I reflected on Bhagavan's and Arunachala's photographs in the Ashram bookstall and was wondering if they could be an aid to Sadhana. I then remembered Bhagavan's words that " thou (Arunachala) removes the ego of those who meditate on thee " . Apart from my attempt at " Who am I " enquiry , I have now begun this new sadhana of keeping Bhagavan's and Arunachala's photographs in front of me and meditating on the same and trying to dissolve all my mental turbulences in their majestic forms. If any other member who has practiced the above for a long time and would like to share their progress I will be most grateful. Thanks, Anand. Guest guest
I think what you're doing is great! Bhagavan was known to say seeing is effortless. But he was also known to say, one must make an effort. It seems to me any and all reminders that help you remember Bhagavan and His Grace, is making good effort. When the day comes you realize Who is making effort....... Best wishes and blessings. - anandsundaram123 Sunday, May 03, 2009 12:47 PM Photographs of arunachala Hill and Ramana Bhagavan.
