If I may say, sadhana is "fixing the attention on the seeker" or "watching the watcher" or "seeing the seer" or "knowing the knower"- ignoring all thoughts. To doubt if we are doing the enquiry rightly is itself a thought and therefore, we must turn our attention to the watcher. Earnestness will make the practise correct.
