We heard the cries, "Whatkind of snake is it?Beat it! Beat it!" When we heard thenoise of actual beating, Bhagavan cried out (non-englishscript) ("Who is beating it?") Apparently thisremonstrance of Bhagavan was not heard by the party, andthe snake was killed. Bhagavan, added, n-e script) ("If these personsare beaten like that, then they will know what it means.")NightMr. P. C. Desai read out in the hall the manuscript preparedby Mr. M.
