Dear Along-the-Way r,

 

First, apologies for the inconvenience of the spoof post yesterday.

Apparently, someone has managed to " emulate " munisshomi's email

address, and they succeeded in sending a prank post to the goup.

There will be no damage -- any attachment sent by the prankster

(probably a virus) was removed by , and was NOT

distributed. Administrative adjustments have been made to the list

distribution mechanism, which should prevent similar things from

happening in the future.

 

(***Remember: never open email attachments from people you don't

know; never open email attachments unless you know exactly what they

are.)

 

Second, the list will be on vacation for a couple of weeks. Normal

posts should resume some time in the week of May 3.
