The most that anyone can do in respect to

the spiritual search is to keep firmly in mind

the essential facts that:

A. The human being has no separate

existence apart from the total manifestation;

B. As an individual, he has neither choice

nor initiative about the circumstances in

which he find himself;

C. Therefore, any effort or struggle beyond

keeping this in mind is fundamentally an ex-

ercise in futility.
