Only in this very moment of Now

If you believe that you had a past, then you'll

also believe that you'll have a future.

 

In truth, though, who-you-really-are didn't have

a so-called past, and it certainly won't be having

a so-called future.

 

The past doesn't have a future that it's living into,

and the future hasn't had a past that it's living out

of.

 

So you can't really " seize the day, " and you can't

even seize the moment.

 

In fact, you've never been able to " seize " anything

at all!

 

The present moment unfolds upon…and into … itself

only in this very moment of Now.

 

And…it leaves no tracks pointing in either direction.
