Aspects of Planets and Rasi Aspects and exaltation and debiliation.

Dear Friends,

 

Wellcome to our school of online free astrology.

I would like to present the basic concept of Rasi and Graha Drishti.

 

Adhering to what Bhaskar says,

12 signs starting from.

1.Aries.

2.Taurus

3.Gemini

4.Cancer

5.Leo.

6.Virgo

7.Libra.

8.Scorpio.

9.Sagitarrius

10.Capricorn

11.Aquarius

12.Pisces,

 

Planets gets exalted and debiliated in particular signs , these signs are very

much like land.

and planets you can resemble in like you , sign for instance of explanation

can take house.

 

There is no exaltaion or debiliation in LEO and AQUARIUS(5 AND 11HOUSE)

Sun gets exalted in Aries his opposite Saturn gets debiliated there , add +6

to get opposite.

so Saturn gets exalted in Libra and Sun gets debiliated there.

Jupiter and Venus

Jupiter exalts in Cancer and Venus in Pisces

Correspondingly Jupiter debiliates in Capricorn and Venus in Virgo.

 

Mercuru exalts in virgo and debilates in pisces.

Got it or know??

I will later explain what exactly means exaltation and debiliation.

 

Moon and Mars , Moon exalts in taurus and gets debiliated (moon doesnt get

debilated but doesnt like Scorpio).

Mars exalted in Cancer I am not sure about Mars , other gurus will teach us

ok.

 

Rahu exalts in gemini and debiliates in sagitarrius and reverse is for ketu so

ketu exalts in sagitarrius and debiliates in gemini.

Now interestring question is what this debilation and exaltation means??

 

Exaltaion of a planet in a house is very similar to party like behaviour.

and debiliation means assume you are in a house where you cant speak anything

, lose power.

 

Now lets get into Graha drishti.

Every planet has aspects 7th house from where he is placed.

 

So all planets,

Sun,Moon, Mars , Mercury , Jupiter, Venus , Saturn , plus two nodes(Rahu and

etu) asects 7th house from where they are situated.

Ketu doesnt aspects by Graha drishti but Yes by Rashi drsihti.

 

But we have some specialisation here,

apart from this 7th house aspect.

Mars aspects 4th and 8th house from where he is placed and

Saturn aspects 3 and 10 from where he is placed.

Rahu aspects 2, 5th and 9th also 12th house.

Jupiter has interest on 5th and 9th as well apart from 7th.

 

These aspects are temporary so when a particular dasaha starts he becomes

actor so planets aspecting on it and his aspects becomes very important.

 

 

Permanent aspects is seen from Graha drsihti , very imp concept.

Aries, Cancer , Libra and Capricorn are movable signs.

Taurus , Leo, Scorio , Aquarius are fixed signs.

Gemini , Virgo,sagitarrius and Pisces are dual signs.

 

Planets placed and rasi of Dual signs aspect each other.

Planets placed and rasi of Fixed signs aspect Movable sign , but cant aspect

rasi adjacent to it.

 

I am finiding these days narayan as very imp tool than Vimshottari.Its working

well in my chart.

I actually did not find this boring. As a western astrologer I want to learn

the Ayurvedic also. So all the advice and tidbits you come up with help. I
