I would like to sell my current house so I can afford to build a new house and find a vacant land to build it on. Is it possible this year? By the way have you been in Teaching Profession ever or worked as Professor, Advisor or Consultant ? Dear Professor, I am born from a poor family and it is hard to study and to progress in life when you lack initial family support. However, I am been lucky to work 10 years (1970-1976) in movie production as assistant. After a 6 month stay in Europe in 1977, I finally started in February 1979 a long-term government clerk career, which gave me a paid retirement on March 15, 1998, when I was only 50 years old. I married a first time August 11, 1966 and was separated in November 1968. I married again September 1, 1971 and had a son on October 29, 1971 at 8:44 pm, Montreal, Canada which is now a happy married man with two young children and work as a fireman and has many friends. I separated from that the father of my son in Spring 1981 and only found a new partner August 5, 1993, with whom we recently bought and sold houses 3 times since 2000. Still unsatisfied, we hope building a house to our own requirements will be the best thing to do. However, isolated country vacant land is getting rare, even here in Quebec now. Overpopulation is a problem everywhere. Since my retirement on March 15 1998, I studied astrology almost full time when I am not busy moving. I bought many softwares and thousands of books especially in 1998 and 1999 which I did not all read. I did first learn astrology in 1982 and was drawing and calculating by hand my first charts and solar returns and progressions and for many years only had 3 books. I studied hindu astrology exclusively for about a year possibly in 2000, and loved it but I had many questions that would have needed to be answered (one of the most important question I had is still which ayanamsha to use) and I did not know anybody who could answer some of my questions. Since I know other western astrologers and share with them on a regular basis, I currently studied and use midpoints, secondary progressions, solar arc directions, and I am quite pleased with my results. I also started to practice horary astrology which is a wonderful tool to keep you in touch with the current aspects in the sky. However, I think that western astrology has a difficulty to predict because it do not use hindu house rulings with sideral, wich I think is more accurate to find what exactly will happen. With guidance, I am certain that hindu astrology will help me to be more precise on prediction of events. My birthday is February 24. My Tropical Placidus Solar Return has my radix 24Cap Ascendant exactly conjunt 8th cup and Mars is in 8th. In fact my radix MC is aspected by Ascendant, Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune which could indicate a death or health problem for me or one of my relatives, or at least a major change in life (according also to progressions and many factors). If I look instead at my VARSHAPHALA for 2007 using Goravani software (I did not download your free software yet but will today), I find (using Lahiri) Venus rules 8th is in Pisces Ascendant. I did not tried to find the lord of the Year but it could be the Moon. Muntha is Sagittarius. Jupiter rules Ascendant and is in 9th. Mars oppose Saturn from 5th to 9th, and this is an indication of some major problem. Sun and Mercury in 12th could also indicate health problems, but the good aspects from Jupiter and Venus to Saturn and Mars alleviate, I think, the severity of the prediction. I have a lot to learn again, I know. I am determined to take the necessary time to learn correctly jyotish astrology, and I am very happy and grateful to you for this opportunity. I am the manager of the building project, so I am working hard by supervising the building work with my husband. My current house was also sold around April 17, 2007. The land I bought is a large wooded land of many acres and it is quiet and beautiful. My current Rahu/Venus Vimshottari dasha is great, currently with Saturn return on Saturn.
