[1] If Moon is placed 10th from Venus or Saturn is placed 10th from Venus. [2] If Mercury,Satrun and Venus are placed in 7th if in Libra Sign is there than sure. [3] If Venus is placed in 7th alongwith Rahu or Ketu and aspected by melafic planets. [4] If 7th Lord is placed with Rahu or Ketu aspected by melafic planets. [5] If 4th Lord was effected by Rahu. [6] If 7th and 4th Lord are placed together. [7] If ascendant Lord is placed with Venus in 7th house. In my opinion, 'character' is a wider connotation and is a quiet relative concept which changes rapidly with time and space. It has a social significance, more than moral or legal. 'Bad character' is essentially associated with a behaviour which brings you social stigma, humiliation, is condemned and has a negative sanction against it. In present times, I don't feel that these combinations are equally aplicable to Indians and Americans or to Rural inhabitants and modern urban youth. It is not easy to define 'character' which has a psychological componenet too and needs careful consideration. Malefic in Kendra in D1 per Jataka Parijata gives also low traits, especially when in bad avastha (low ideas).
