                       Mercury is retrograde till 29.09.2009 and again its

motion is direct.Dictum is right but there is a question that Does dictum apply

in your case or not.When did you join your job and at that time which planet is

the sub lord of 10th cusp.Is it Mercury the sub lord of 10th cusp. on the basis

of K.P No.given by you the Mercury is not the sub or significator of 10th

cusp .Hence dictum does not apply here and report me again after 29.09.2009 and

enjoy with your service and bow down your head to worship Mahadeoji and remember
