The short break was in Livingstone by the Victoria Falls and this is what I wrote to a friend: Hot Zambia’s air is intermingled with earthy smells of the fresh rainfall except when it pours and the mud slush undulating remnants of post colonial road heavily stenches the clear crisp mornings. The Victoria Falls was very captivating and the place which I have entrusted my 3rd visit to for the year was so surreal. My flight # KQ200M arr 5:10hrs on 9th Jan 2006 (Monday). Both Bipin and I will proceed to the Domestic Terminal outside, as I am waiting to see 2 lovely friends of mine. Hope to see you then.
