I am using XP Pro Sp3 and have had No

issues installing the software – however software seems to revert to

Hindi output for other menu selections otherthan Planet info in English even

after selecting English as “default” language?

Clearly your software does not work on Microsoft's two current and

supported operating systems: Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Windows

Vista.

 

I sent you detailed error reports including screen shots and you said

your software had not been " tested " on XP Sp3 and Vista.

By now it

appears to have been tested quite a lot and no one can get it installed.

 

It would be of benefit to all if you would:

 

1. Make it clear that, if you are using XP Sp3 or Vista

the don't

bother trying to download and install your program.

 

2. Test your own software before writing detailed instructions on

how " we " should test your software.

 

3. Spend less time on lengthy and redundant postings; rather spend it

on fixing your software so that, someday, maybe people with up-to-date

computers can try it.

Of course, one must choose the right guru or the right work of the guru. Swami Vivekananda did not accept Ramakrishna Paramhansa as guru immediately. He accepted his guru only after he was convinced about the attainments of his guru. Ramakrishna never boasted nor he criticised anybody. He simply put his views forward and explained. People could see the gems in his explanations.

I am a justice minded person.I do not like to write off anyone, or their

products and services, without giving them several chances to prove

their worth.

 

Irrespective of my reputation being bludgeoned by Mr.Vinay in another

group, I shall once more try to download his software and check the

veracity and claims put forth. If the results match the claims, then I

will be the first person to announce the same and help the gentleman to

propogate the product. If not, then at least I would have tried from my

side.

Just to be clear, are you using XP Service Pack 2 or XP Service Pack 3?

The installation problems seem to occur with XP Sp3.

We have already discussed this before. Please read messages by me and

Buz Overbeck. We think that the issue maybe with XP- SP3 and Vista.

There are other members also who have installed successfully in XP-SP2

As far as I have been following this thread, only Ram Jaswalji could

install the SW on SP3, even that was not " issue-free "

Bhaskarji,The secrets in Kundalee are all mathematical, not related to Phalita (the Phalit secrets I know are related to Medini Jyotisha). You will have no difficulty in using it, provided you read the Software Download page fully and follow all its points. If you have any doubts, you should talk to me, because only I will be able to clarify doubts about my work.If you test my software, it will benefit you or your clients, not me, because I never sold any software, as you prophesied twice. Respected Vinay Jha Ji,You have done a marvellous job by creating Kundalee software and distributing it at free.I downloaded it on windows xp sp3 and it works in English .But in Hindi we can only read the saved charts. I want guidance in Hindi version that how to type the birth details in DEVNAGARI.Do you have any option of typing in Hindi or is there any inbuilt typewriter /I m facing problem putting the birth details in Hindi language.RegardsRamesh Mishra

few days, will be easier. Either you did not follow instructions, or the internet connection had problems like traffic jams and link failures during downloading.

You are a good astrologer and my software will help you to make better predictions. But if you will test it in a bised manner, you will not get any benefit. -VJ

Dear Vinay Ji,

In your Software, Do you feed the Panchanga data or do you calculate the planetary positions in your software itself by means of some formulae. If you are using formulae, can you point me to the resources, if those are not private. Pls bear in mind that I am also not sure whether such formulae exists at all.

dear shri Vinay jha,I have installed ur software but I get Error message even afterfilling the Date of birth, time, Long and latit.At the start of opening the software it says that C:\kundalee\medb is not a valid path. I clik ok and try to continue but finally I get Error messageand the software doesnt work. Thanks Mr. Jha. I have dowloaded and installed the software successfully. But the problem I am facing is of Language. Despite of selecting English, the charts details are being displayed in Hindi. Hope you would advise how to over come the nagging.

The recognizing part will be done by setup.exe file.

Why do you want to view the .LST file, it is used by setup.exe for installation.

 

Before attempting anything, check you fundamentals first !!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Udupa ji,You do not have to seperately instal the SET.LST file (named in capital letters). You instal the software using the setup (named in small letters) file, it will take data from SETUP & Phalit files. After installation see whether the 3 DevMithila files are there in your computer's windows' Fonts folder. If not, then copy and paste these 3 font files into the Fonts folder. I don't know. I was merely telling you how to find out what service pack you are

using. But, going from the posts on this thread, I don't think it works with

sp3.
