nobody replying my question to sell buy or reconstruct new house

here is a kundali of the person he wants to have a new house and he wants to

sell or to reconstruct his old house in which he is staying right now but the

problem is that somehow he cannot do any of these though he is having enough

money , so i wanted to know that when will he have a new house or when will he

reconstruct his old house i wanted to know whether he will reconstruct or will

get a new one . his birth details are harish (male) 07-12-1941 place: porbandar

time : 10.30 am house is on his name .

 

his wife's birth details are 28-02-1941 place: junagadh time 11.30 am

 

also other question is that his wife's health is remaining weak wht to do

remedies

so plz do let me know any remedies also if needed in both case health and house

..
