Lagna lord is in lagna, but malefic mars rises close to lagna and Rahu also present in lagna, make life somewhat difficult for you as you might be facing constant challenges in whatever you take up. You are running Rah-jup dasha upto July 2011, which is not very good from lagna and moon both. The efforts are not likely to bear desired fruits. This might not give you the desired drive to work, gains come only later.
