Respected Members,

Please see to a confusion I am encountering.  The Raasi and Bhava.   Bhava is

calculated from the Ascendant

centre (either side 15 degrees).   The

position of a planet is also calculated from the Ascendant.   Example Mars is

positioned in 5th

Raasi from Ascendant.   But in Bhava

chart it is 6th from Ascendant!  How will you analyze the results?   Mars in 5th

or 6th?  Please clear the doubt.

There are different types of Bhava calculations . For instance I use

Placidus where the ascendant degrees is the start of the house or the

Bhav Arambha, and not the middle.

 

If Mars in your Bhava Chalit chart is in the 6th , then take it as

giving results for Mars in 6th. But remember that the sign results would

not chnage.
