I am highly tensed these days as I can't share with anyone that how much I am depressed now a days for my job and career. I joined my profession in June 16, 1992 and till 2002 it was ok, but after that I beacme a rolling stone who gets nothing. In 2006 I got a good company and I am stable till then but I am workin 1 step below what i was in 2002. Money is ok but peers have gone up 3-4 fold in positions and pay packages respectively but i find myself nowhere. Moreover i fine my image too degraded along with that, professionally. People to whom I have trained in this profession are working in their respective companies 2-3 positions upper than what I am today. You can visualize my state of mind with this even. Moreover ny boss is 6-7 years junior than me and his boss is 2-3 years junior than me, and his boss who is VP is 1 year junior than me. This is just to stat my position currently. Even after putting my hardest work in my job I am stagnat and even feel scared that if i continue to the same position for some time I will loose my prospect in the profession an industry. One of the Jyotishji had advised me of not to think beyond the job [ Business not at all ] but I am nowhere. I have two daughters, and I am of great concern for their future as their future ia attached to mine , socioeconomically. Kindly help me in this regard, please.
