Stability of job dependent upon 5th lord therefrom i.e. Jupiter. Foreign stay depends upon strength of 4th lord of Navamsa chart -ruled by jupiter. As far as Ketu is concerned - you need to provide exact dates of various events during ketu antardasa to pin-point things from divisional charts. Please note that divisional charts- gives accurate results from pratyantardasa onwards.
