Practise pranayam as advised by Swami Ram Dev Jee. You can refer the CD/ DVD available for Rs.60/Rs.110 or so for learning Pranayam. Avoid exertion, food, drink , talking , bathing, roaming in open body for 30 minutes before/after the Pranayama. Do not put pressure upon body while doing pranayam. Do it comfortably for 30 to 45 minutes in morning and evening also if possible. Regular recitation of 108 Maha Mrityunjay Mantra will be helpful in gain of health and fat. Have anxiety free sleep for 7 to 8 hours.
