I request you that please stop the sending mail which has been sending by you on my mail address. Unnecessary why you are sending the lots of mail on my mail address? When I need I will send the the mail you and ask my problem. So I request you once again please stop the sending unnecessary e-mial on my email address. Whenever the members post messages in the group it will automatically come to your mail inbox because you are opted for it(Indiviual Mail). If you want to receive no mail then go to Edit Membership at the top of the group page or go to My groups and edit the settings of this group. Until then you will keep receiving individual mail.
