Mars is also Gulika Bhavanadhipathy. Hence, though Rahu is not in dusthana, this combination is not very good. However being in the 5th mantra sthana, you have to propitiate Rahu. It is also in the kendra of Jupiter. Being in Mercurian sign, this seems to in Lord Narashimha temple. So if there is such a temple near by your place, do whatever you can at that temple. You can also propitiate Rahu at Manjeshwar Temple where the original diety is Sarpa, though the main diety is Ananda Narashiha. As far as house is concerned, Your fourth house is having Venus, Mercury, Saturn and navamsa of Ketu. so it is important that you propitiate this diety. While saturn & ketu, venus are beneficial, mercury is not so bad there, though as karaka for 4th house, it is not very good. Hence, you may expect to have a house during Jupiter -Mercury after 2013. You may start planning during the Jupiter-Saturn period. Your own village / family diety shall help you in this matter.
