Normally when querrist approaches astrologer, he furnishes the details of Place of Birth, Time or Birth & Date of birth. Common man is not aware of longitude or lattitudes. I had this Natal chart readymade, erected by somebody. But I had written down the horoscope & details like ToB,DoB etc. But I thought Long & Latt all over Mumbai are same. Similarly I thought Long & Latt all over Thane district are same. And Astrologers can easily find out those details, if place is given. That was my understanding. But it seems that Astrologers like Yogesh need all the details like Long/Latt or even readymade Kundali to predict the things. I dont have any resourses like Software to Make Kundali etc. I hope that clears your misunderstanding.
