The best thing is to consult an able astrologer for good times to try to conceive.You will need to make sure your chart is accurate (might need some rectification).Try Visti Larsen If possible follow Garbhadhana samskaras for good quality child. also, Please get an idol, or picture of Gopal Krishna. and Worship and care for it nicely. Many women have miscarriages, sometimes several.If miscarriage is in the first 3 months generally it is because things werent developing normally, so it is discharged. Try not to lament. Wait several months at least in between for trying again. Make sure your health is good and try to avoid vigorous activities,long periods of driving in cars,etc. Needless to say, avoid smoke, DONT drink alcohol of any type at all during pregnancy,as it can go straight to baby as alcohol can cross into placenta easily.Im sure you dont but mentioning it anyway. Also eat veg diet, aside from moral reasons, many meat animals have poisons in them and are very unhealthy. Make sure husband is not under influence of alcohol at conception and all other such things. I don't have any difficulties in first pregnancy and health, But I have problems related to my family nothing serious. I was in USA whenm I was pregnant, My husband job changes and tension, So i went back to India for delivery.
