If the period of confusion is within 2-5 minutes,then it is easier to confirm, but more than that, then its harder and takes long time to rectify. Such rectification is certainly done by many astrologers well versed in Nakshatra padhaty, but of course one has to pay them well, to get their times rectified, and after that You may not be very sure whether the astrologer You visited knows his job well and given you the right result or not. there are other methods of knowing right time of birth, but not related to astrology, so cannot put here on List.as they contain Occultism at other levels. The second best option for You, is to give a Horary number between 1-249, which will give You exact results (In most cases) of the matter you wish to know about.
