Learned members,

I have a cousin who has Jupiter in the 12th house in Pisces along

with exalted Venus. Jupiter's digit strength is very low(2).

He was advised to wear Yellow Sapphire by someone. Since Jupiter is

also the lord of 12th in addition to 9th, will it harm the native.

There is an aspect on Jupiter/Venus by Saturn from Gemini.

Thanks.

influential individuals generally possess a strong Jupiter in their

horoscopes, and this reflects the rich rewards of positive karma

accumulated in previous lives. Jupiter governs religious activity,

financial affairs, personal happiness, and teaching. Jupiter also

determines one's spiritual orientation. It is associated with the

color yellow, the bodily fluids, education, pilgrimage places, and

transcendental wisdom. The Sanskrit name for Jupiter is " guru, "

indicating a source of divine knowledge and spiritual insight.

respected, although susceptible to anger. But if the position of

Jupiter in a person's horoscope is debilitated Jupiter can cause

personal unhappiness, egotism, sloth, and legal problems. LIGHT BLUE

is the cosmic color transmitted by yellow sapphires and other yellow

gems. Light blue color waves, being very cold, relate to the

ethereal nature and are helpful in curing diseases of the glands,

the fat system and bodily cavities. Jupiter astral talismans are

known to enhance spiritual understanding, facilitate pregnancy and

childbirth, improve marital relations, increase one's fortune, and

help balance the endocrine system. Jupiter jewels are known to be

especially favorable to women by enhancing their happiness and

contentment.

The best gem is said to be of lemon-yellow colour.

cycle of the Moon and when Pushya Nakshatra is present. If the

Bhadrapad are also auspicious for buying a yellow sapphire. The gem

should be given to the jeweler on the same day, between sunrise and

rainwater, spring water, or water kept in a copper pot over night.

After it has been washed, the ring should be placed on a yellow

cloth upon which a Jupiter Yantra has been drawn with roli and a

yantra (or idol of Jupiter in gold) engraved on a silver plate

should be placed on the same cloth. One should offer flowers and

incense to the engraved yantra and to the stone that has been set in

the ring and then recite the mantra of Jupiter.

finger of the right hand.

Pukhraj (yellow sapphire) bestows vigor, vitality, wisdom,

longevity, name, and fame. If someone is having problems to finding

a good mate for their daughter that problem will also be solved.

Disease and madness caused by afflicted planets also are cured. As

long as the ring is on one's hand one will never die an accidental

death.
