Guest guest
ll HARE RAM ll Dear Bhaskar Bhai, Ram Ram I highly appreciate your views about spiritualism and so called Sanyas. In fact the Virakti of Raja Janak was the best and he was called " VIDEH " too being perfomed his duty regarding kingdom and his family perfactly. He was Param Gyaani and was the Guru of other Param Gyaani & Vairagi Sukdeo ji who spoke Srimad Bhagwat to king Parikshat.Sukdeo ji was not only Sanyasi and Vairagi by his birth but also was the same within the womb too. He kept in the womb 16 years having fear of Sansar and Maya. His father Param Sant Ved vayaas ji who wrote Puranas requested him to take birth but as soon as he took birth he walked away towards the forest in the same naked position. His father followed and appealed him for not to go to forest but he keep on walking.During the way he passed near a river where Apsaras were bathing, looking Sukdeo ji Apsaras salute him in the same position as she were but they salute to Ved Vyaas ji after wearing cloths. To see such act Vyaas ji asked them the reason of the same why did you salute Sukdeo ji while he is young and naked position too while you also were almost in same position on the other hand i am an old man and sanyasi but you did salute me after wearing cloths. In this respose Apsaras answered that Sukdeo ji does not know the difference in between men and women or good or bad because he did not see sansar and Maya as yet but you have seen the same. Therefore you can be toppled and some VIKAAR can be arised. So what i mean to write the same that it is better if one gets Sanyas at the appropriate time because it is almost impossible to control our desires (INDRIES) in present Kali-KAL.To follow Brahamcharya,Grahasta, Vanprastha and later Sanyas is quite appropriate. If we follow the path of Truth,Honesty & Kindness and have the fair thinking & helping nature. It is enough for being the Sanyasi and a good human being even if we are in the family. God bless Shashie Shekhar Bhaskar <bhaskar_jyotish wrote: Dear Ashna, When I mentioned about age- that time I knew, I am leaving a loose point for anyone to enter and take up this point for highliting. But I still mantain that in young age, too much of spiritualism is not advisable to householders. If those advised are, our own, then would we ask them to leave everything and become sanyasins ? never . In same way, little of everything is good enough, and too much of anything is again bad enough. Once a certain border, demarcation Line has been crossed , say Matric or Higher secondary schooling, then one may choose what one wishes to do more of, whether BSC. BCOM Technical Line or Arts. Till that certain level is reached we dont advise specialised Lines. Same way for a girl or young lady, who should be enjoying the natural God given pleasures of the world, which also her own Parents would to, then there does not seem any cause for austerity or penance to be done at young ages. Virakti at the proper age looks good. Virakti of Janak is good. Virakti of Tulsidasa is good. Virakti of raja Yayati is good. Virakti of Prince Yashodhana (Buddha) is good. Our virakti should also come after tasting all available in Life, and not forced by our Lovers , leaving us, or we having nothing to do , or we wanting to be no good ,lazy and not work for families, so we turn to Sadhuism, then that Virakti or detachment is bad. All the big names we have heard or read about, who attained spiritualism early, we have seen, also at what age they have left their lives, and put themselves to trouble. Also those who have remained unmarried, because they could not be chosen by any partner in their Life, does not mean that the person has become a Sanyaasi or bramachari. Brahmacharya is a different state, not only just remaining unmarried, but also remaining unmarried and pure in thought too. Therefore just like I would advise my own family members and children of young age, in the same way, I would advise anyone talking of spiritualism at young age, that be good, be spiritual, but dont push deep such yearnings, proper time and place for any act, same for Phd in spiritualism. Children and young ones look good when they enjoy and do what they are supposed to do. best wishes, Bhaskar. , Prashant Kumar G B wrote: > > Ashna, > > It is true that age has no role in the spiritual quest, if it was then we WOULD HAVE NEVER seen ADI SHAKNARACHARYA, Swami Vivekakanda, Budha, Christ > and the earlier legends of Sri Rama, Krishna were young in they achieved more sri krishna as a kid aslo > > and sports, music fields to where sadhana=dedication, devotion is there the start start young ones. > > and in any filed that needs dedication the watch word is `catch them young' not old. when it is too late to mend both the body that is tired and mind that has lost control. > > keep going u will find both sides of ur life and there is an aspact in Hinduism where we have have married spiritual people > > only sanysins don't get married rest do and retirement based spiritualism never is spiritual it is more time killing than soul fulfilling. > > Best wishes > > > Ashna Singh wrote: Hello Bhaskarji, > Hehe..this made me laugh a bit:) Thanks for the reply.
