I have been seeing a doctor for the last 1 year and have shown my chart to a few astrologers but they all keep giving different information. Does it mean 00.27 am of 31st which means 30th midnight and 31st early morning. Or does it mean afternoon of March 31st in which case this birth time would become 12.27pm? March 31 - 12:27 a.m. Hope this helps. Non technical explanation_ The Lord of Badhakasthana Mercury, seated in 1degree orb conjunction with Ketu. The Lord of 5th house, Mars seated in the 3rd House of Saturn while Saturn positioned in the 8th in close conjunction with the 8th lord.
