Guruji, I presented a project in Delhi on 10th Jan 07 but it was not sanctioned to me. I applied one more project in Environment ministry. will it be sanctioned to me. My Horary no. is 63 and my birth details are DOB 15.08.1971 Place: Dholpur (Rajasthan) Time: 15.45 IST Kindly help me. My Analysis: Houses for contract 3, 9,11 Here moon is connected being in mer star and mercury is in 8th aspectin 3rd house. In sub of sat in 9th Moon in retro sub sat is raising false hopes. Sat in star of Mercury again owing untenanted 12th 3rd Sub Mercury in 8th owing 12th and in constl. of Rahu in 8th . Rahu in star of Jup in 5th (labha of opponent) Not connected to 3, 9, or 11.
