Radhika has had a difficult life. She has been embittered by difficulties in completing education, finding work and due to her excessively sensitive nature at times has come across as a difficult person at work and at home. There is much anger locked within, and perhaps a brush with someone (parent, teacher, sibling, spouse) who has been violent in words if not action, and someone who was restraining and restrictive and controlling! Inside this person lies a very sensitive child which has been afraid to express her insecurities for fear. She can be best helped through help and support and not isolation or punishment. That will just create more problems. If indeed there has been a pressure-cooker situation for a long time and her relatives and loved ones feel that she needs help and support perhaps through counselling as opposed to dire steps such as separation and so on, professional help is available to both partners. Instead of magical remedies and the situation getting worse, marriage counselling should be tried in this case. It is not going to be an easy path and ups and downs are to be expected till late 2011, even if managed well and with love and compassion. Good luck and I hope things go well for everyone concerned!
