Do not purchase any property before September 2009,

or there would be definite and guaranteed litigation

problems you would have to face with regards to

the paper work, if you enter into any agreement now.

 

After above date, anyhow you will have opportunity to

buy a new residential property, which would come

in consonance with your destiny, which would be a

profitable deal.
