Dear Krithikskandan,

 

As you mention, 1st phase of

sadesati began sometime back and that brings about quarrels at home. Visti in

his teachings has recommended praying to Ganesha to help the native during this

phase.

There are a few other points in your chart

too. LL Jupiter is in 6H (prompting you to get into arguments) conjoined with

Rahu and Mars. Sanjayji specifically recommends praying to Sun, especially for

Pisces lagna where Sun is 6L. In your case Jupiter and Sun are in parivatana

and that should help further. So praying to Lord Shiva would help you get over tendencies

to get into fights.

There is also Maha Padma Yoga (KAY broken

by Jupiter) and praying to Sun that helps to strengthen Jupiter will let this

yoga flourish in time to come.

If I may be of assistance; Shukra is the Jnaati Karaka (rivals), rules the 2nd bhava of family, and it is exalted in the 12th bhava of foreign residence.

 

Is the problem based in the fact that you are not living in the country of your birth? Now that you have started the Sani bhukti (Oct. 14th) this may have become more of an issue as Sani has rasi dristi and graha dristi on Shukra. Sani is also (since this past July) with the natal Guru (Jupiter) which owns the 12th bhava of foreign residence. And it is aspecting the 2nd bhava of family. Plus Sani is now with the two malefic grahas, Rahu and Mangala. But Mangala is the ruler of the Lagna. So the Sani transit helps to bring frustration and some more challenges than maybe is usual. Before Nov. 21st, there may have been more protection from the transiting Jupiter.

 

Shukra can have to do with attachments and what you love. It is strong in your chart. And it is in the 12th bhava which can have to do with letting go of things. There are a lot of things that we have no control over. From a yogic point of view, to be happy, you can only let go of your reactions to all of this and your attachments to wanting to have things a certain way. This does not mean letting go of your family. Since Shukra is in the 12th bhava, it can contribute to you losing your health, vitality, sense of Self, etc. It is also the maraka planet. It rules the 2nd bhava of family and the 7th bhava of relationships. So family relationships can be a big part of what can diminish you. And as you get older, the maraka can be more and more damaging.

 

The best remedy is something that you consciously do. With Sani in your 5th bhava (mantras, etc.) on the ruler of your lagna, I suggest that you do a lot of mantra. When your mind wants to worry or dwell on the problems, just direct the mind to mantra and don't feed more energy into the problem. This way the energy of Sani can go into discipline and focus on something that can free you instead of making you suffer with this problem. Sani will want to manifest one way or another. So you might as well direct its energy in a positive way. The ruler of Sani in your chart is Mercury. Mercury is with Ketu. And Ketu has to do with Ganesh. I suggest doing some Ganesh mantra to help get rid of the obstacles. But keep in mind that your outer life is a manifestation of your inner life and karmas. So when you do Ganesh mantra, it would be good to think of letting go of any thoughts, feeling, attachments, etc. about anything else. Just ask Ganesh to be free. He will take care of the details. All you have to do is make your priority becoming free. The rest will take care of itself. Don't try to change people. It doesn't work. They will only change if they want to. You can inspire them by getting above the situation.

 

As far as weather or not to go to India I say why not go if you want to. Don't let what other people are doing make that much of a difference. You can look at it as a good opportunity to really grow and do the mantras. You have to get bigger than the problem. Once you do, it seems small. Are you looking for a job in India?

 

Oh well, I may have said more than you wanted to hear. But it is the way I look at it. Others who read this may also benefit.

I've been having tremendous internet problems...both my ADSL broadband and

Wireless broadband modems failed (almost simultaneously). Am waiting for a

easily obtained and (I have found) quite effective. I, myself have worn one

for quite some time now. Although Saturn is my ascendant lord, he has 2nd

house as his moolatrikona.

If I may be of assistance; Shukra is the Jnaati Karaka (rivals), rules the 2nd bhava of family, and it is exalted in the 12th bhava of foreign residence.

 

Is the problem based in the fact that you are not living in the country of your birth? Now that you have started the Sani bhukti (Oct. 14th) this may have become more of an issue as Sani has rasi dristi and graha dristi on Shukra. Sani is also (since this past July) with the natal Guru (Jupiter) which owns the 12th bhava of foreign residence. And it is aspecting the 2nd bhava of family. Plus Sani is now with the two malefic grahas, Rahu and Mangala. But Mangala is the ruler of the Lagna. So the Sani transit helps to bring frustration and some more challenges than maybe is usual. Before Nov. 21st, there may have been more protection from the transiting Jupiter.

 

Shukra can have to do with attachments and what you love. It is strong in your chart. And it is in the 12th bhava which can have to do with letting go of things. There are a lot of things that we have no control over. From a yogic point of view, to be happy, you can only let go of your reactions to all of this and your attachments to wanting to have things a certain way. This does not mean letting go of your family. Since Shukra is in the 12th bhava, it can contribute to you losing your health, vitality, sense of Self, etc. It is also the maraka planet. It rules the 2nd bhava of family and the 7th bhava of relationships. So family relationships can be a big part of what can diminish you. And as you get older, the maraka can be more and more damaging.

 

The best remedy is something that you consciously do. With Sani in your 5th bhava (mantras, etc.) on the ruler of your lagna, I suggest that you do a lot of mantra. When your mind wants to worry or dwell on the problems, just direct the mind to mantra and don't feed more energy into the problem. This way the energy of Sani can go into discipline and focus on something that can free you instead of making you suffer with this problem. Sani will want to manifest one way or another. So you might as well direct its energy in a positive way. The ruler of Sani in your chart is Mercury. Mercury is with Ketu. And Ketu has to do with Ganesh. I suggest doing some Ganesh mantra to help get rid of the obstacles. But keep in mind that your outer life is a manifestation of your inner life and karmas. So when you do Ganesh mantra, it would be good to think of letting go of any

thoughts, feeling, attachments, etc. about anything else. Just ask Ganesh to be free. He will take care of the details. All you have to do is make your priority becoming free. The rest will take care of itself. Don't try to change people. It doesn't work. They will only change if they want to. You can inspire them by getting above the situation.

 

As far as weather or not to go to India I say why not go if you want to. Don't let what other people are doing make that much of a difference. You can look at it as a good opportunity to really grow and do the mantras. You have to get bigger than the problem. Once you do, it seems small. Are you looking for a job in India?

 

Oh well, I may have said more than you wanted to hear. But it is the way I look at it. Others who read this may also benefit.

NamastheMy mother in law came from india.fRom may 1st 2007 to oct 5th 2007theres some fightings with my inlaws.She returned on october 5th toindia.But when she is leaving she told me that she will call each ofmy family members(my aunts and uncles and all)and she will complaintabout me.Even if i say something or not iam getting quarrelsituations.I know that i have saturn 7.5 years period.Even i went tohelp others also they are scolding me with bad words.Some times ihurted my self.Is it good for me to travel india this time? bookedtickets to india on feb 13th.Iam searching for jobs also. Dont wantto go to india because of the quarrels.My husband cant say any thinginfront of elders.My date of birth is: 10th january 1980place of birth: tuni(state:andhra pradesh,india)time: 10:28 amlatitudes: 17n21,82e33please help me with any

Dear Krithikskandan,

 

As you mention, 1st phase of sadesati began sometime back and that brings about quarrels at home. Visti in his teachings has recommended praying to Ganesha to help the native during this phase.

There are a few other points in your chart too. LL Jupiter is in 6H (prompting you to get into arguments) conjoined with Rahu and Mars. Sanjayji specifically recommends praying to Sun, especially for Pisces lagna where Sun is 6L. In your case Jupiter and Sun are in parivatana and that should help further. So praying to Lord Shiva would help you get over tendencies to get into fights.

There is also Maha Padma Yoga (KAY broken by Jupiter) and praying to Sun that helps to strengthen Jupiter will let this yoga flourish in time to come.

Above is based on my learning and understanding. I would welcome comments/ corrections from Gurus.

I dont know .From child hood onwards i didnt face any problems like

this.My mother said For you saturn period started.

Thats why Iassumed like that.Mother said like that These quarrels may be

because of saturn.I dont know anything about astrology. Sorry about that

Thank you :-) As with most Holy day celebrations the

organisation/commercialisation of it all can be a real headache. I still

have presents to get etc, etc (and only 3 days left). My

children/grandchildren/great-grandchild are all coming Christmas morning and

I still have to organise food for everyone..

 

The day's not even begun and I'm exhausted already :-(
